The Rebirth Residence camping opens on Friday 14 April at 14:00 and everyone will be welcome from that time! The Rebirth weekend is over and the campsite will close on Monday 17 April at 12:00.

It’s only possible to leave the campsite during the check-in hours. If you would like to leave the campsite outside these hours it’s only allowed with your camping gear. This means your bracelet will be cut off and you will no longer be able to return to the campsite and/or the festival site.
The Molenstraat (on which the parking lot for the campsite is located) will be a one-way street for day-visitors to the festival on Saturday and Sunday. If you want to leave by car early, you have to drive through the village of Haaren on these days. If you want to go back to the campsite, you have to take the N65 (Helvoirt) to the Molenstraat.
If you notice that you have lost something during your visit at the Rebirth Residence camping, report to the Lost & Found counter, which is located at the information desk. If, after your visit, you notice that you have lost something, mail to info@rebirth-festival.nl. All lost items will be brought to the city hall of Vught a few days after the event, please contact them for your lost items.
As soon as you enter the campsite, follow the instructions of the stewards. The stewards will designate a camping spot for you and your friends. Are there friends who want to join your group later? Then make sure you already have his / her tent with you or indicate to the steward that there must still be room available for him or her!
You can bring a camping tent where all your friends can sleep + 1 person. For example: if you come with 5 friends, you may bring a tent for a maximum of 6 persons.
Follow the instructions of the stewards once you enter the campsite. The stewards will assign you and your friends a camping spot. If there are friends who will arrive later, make sure to bring his or her tent or inform the steward that he must reserve a spot!
Everything will be paid using tokens at REBiRTH. Coins can be purchased on the campsite from Friday afternoon or in advance through the online ticket shop. The tokens are valid all weekend, both on the campsite and the festival site. On the REBiRTH Residence Camping tokens can only be paid with debit card (PIN). You can buy tokens using cash or debit card only on the festival terrain. However, you cannot withdraw additional cash. You can use the local ATM of the Rabobank in Haaren or Helvoirt for this.
NOTE: It’s only possible to leave the campsite during the check-in times of the campsite.
The minimum age for entrance is set down as 17. Legitimation in the form of a valid ID card, passport or driving license is compulsory. See our house rules for more information. By visiting the Rebirth Residence camping you agree with our house rules.
Rebirth Events and Rebirth Festival values nature and the environment. Help us and make sure that the campsite is left clean and free of waste. Your support helps! Keep the sanitary facilities (showers and toilets) clean. Dispose of waste in the containers.
The following rules apply throughout the campsite and must be strictly observed. Failing to comply with the rules may lead to eviction, whether or not in combination with a report to the police.

A large bathhouse is being built in front of the REBiRTH Residence. This space will be heated so that you do not have to stand in the cold after showering. Between 07:00 and 08:00 it is free, after that it costs 1 coin.

The bathhouse has power points for your shaver or hair dryer, and there will also be plenty of mirrors available.
The campsite will have a campsite store for all your necessary groceries. You can buy a whole range of products here such as tents, sleeping bags, air mattresses, chairs, pillows etc.
Of course! Feeling unwell? Then go to the first aid post, they will help you. If you presume someone has used too many drugs, or too much alcohol then please consult someone of security, first aid or the organization.
Yes! This toilet is located at the regular toilets.
You can buy water at any bar on the campsite. Drinking water is available at the washbasins at the campsite. There is also free water is also available at the first-aid station.
Barbecuing is allowed at the designated locations on the site. Each group spot gets its own tile to barbecue, use this tile as it is not allowed to barbecue at other spots.
Not feeling like inflating your air mattress yourself? Or did you not bring a pump? You can inflate your air mattress at the air and electricity point.
There is no electricity on the campsite. Is your battery low and do you want to get back in touch with your friends as soon as possible? Rent a small USB charger from the campsite store or on the festival site at the charge-it point. You will pay using tokens and be asked for a small deposit which will you get back after returning the charger.
A campfire is very cosy but sadly not allowed because of the risk of fire.
The food area has a wide range of meals. You can eat for example a sandwich, baguette, egg sandwich, fruit and of course a cup of coffee or tea here in the morning. After a day of partying, you can visit our food court in the evening for various snacks.

You can rent a locker on the campsite. This allows you to safely store your personal belongings. Your locker is available 24 hours per day. A locker can be bought online or at the campsite!
It is possible that your ticket has ended up in your SPAM. Please check this first, if this is not the case you can contact our ticketing partner Paylogic. Contact Paylogic via the following website.
Via the “I lost my tickets” you can have your tickets resent after you have entered your email address. We will send all valid tickets registered at this address.

If you need to change a name, for example, because you want to bring someone else with you or when you have bought a ticket from someone who has already personalized his or her ticket. That’s no problem. In that case there are two options:
Option 1: Sell your tickets through Ticketswap. Rebirth Events has an ongoing cooperation with this organization.
SecureSwap: sold tickets are exchanged for a new ticket which will directly be in the name of the new owner. The old ticket, still in the possession of the seller, will automatically become invalid. This makes it 100% safe to sell your and buy your tickets through this platform.
Option 2: You can easily and quickly change your ticket details using the ‘Name Change Module of Paylogic’. Please note that changes cost €3, – per ticket. Transferring tickets is possible until Sunday 16 April 2023 – 22:00 PM.

Are you staying at the Rebirth Residence campsite, and are you coming by car? Then make sure that you have a camping weekend parking ticket. You can purchase these online in advance, as well as on the terrain. With this ticket, your car will be close to the campsite for the entire weekend and you can have a carefree party!
There is a special parking lot for visitors of the Rebirth Residence campsite. Set your navigation at: Molenstraat 12, Helvoirt. From this point follow the yellow signs with „P CAMPING“ on it to reach the parking space. Try to ride together as much as possible, it is more fun and a lot better for the environment!
Visitors to Rebirth Residence can park their car next to the campsite for a fee of € 20. You take your things out of the car and you walk straight to the campsite! Parking tickets are available on-site and in our ticket shop.
Near the Rebirth Residence campsite there is a Kiss & Ride set up to let you down.

The Rebirth Residence campsite can be reached in different ways. For exact travel information please visit www.9292.nl, from Oisterwijk station there are shuttle buses to and from the campsite on Friday / Saturday / Sunday and Monday!

Are you traveling by plane to Rebirth Festival – Island of Infinity? The closest airport is Eindhoven Airport. However, the festival can also be easily reached from Schiphol (Amsterdam), Rotterdam – The Hague Airport or Zaventum (Brussels). From there you can easily travel by public transport to Oisterwijk Station where shuttle buses are waiting to take you to REBiRTH Festival. The shuttle bus times will be communicated later via our social media.
Or course, you can bring your own food and drinks but there are some rules! You may bring a maximum of 3 liters of non-alcoholic or low-alcohol drinks (less than 15%) per person. Everything must be in sealed plastic bottles and / or cans. Glass bottles and spirits are not allowed. This will be checked at the entrance, please note that tasks drinks will not be returned or refunded!
This is only possible when you arrive at the campsite for the first time; once you have received your wristband, you cannot bring in drinks again.
If you have a food allergy, you can bring your own food and / or drinks, if you bring a valid doctor’s statement and are able to show it at the entrance.
As a visitor, you are only allowed to take medication if the following conditions are met:
– Medication must be in its original and sealed packaging and provided with the original package leaflet.
– The use of the medication must be demonstrated by means of a statement by a doctor.
Of course, we all want to kick off the festival season successfully but please think about your neighbors who might want to sleep at night. A small Bluetooth speaker is allowed, but only if it can be heard at a maximum distance of 10 meters. Larger installations are not permitted and will be confiscated.
Sadly, pets are not welcome at the Rebirth Residence campsite. We have enough party animals already!
Of course! You can bring a party tent that has a maximum of 3 x 3 meters.
Report to the Friend Spot Desk directly next to the entrance if you have booked a friend’s spot. Make sure to bring your identity card. A steward will walk with you to show you your place.
A few days before your trip to the Rebirth Residence campsite you will receive a separate e-mail with extra information about your accommodation. You can check in at the reception of the Rebirth Resort upon arrival. Our hosts will welcome you and take you to your accommodation. During the check in we will look together with you whether everything is according to your wishes.
The Rebirth Resort is our collective name for all our luxurious accommodations. (Flexotel, Bell Tent. Festival Caravan , Delta Deluxe, Festitent)
